At CR8KIDS, we carefully inspect every order before shipping. Therefore, returns or refunds are only accepted if the item received is damaged.

If your request is approved, an exchange or refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable but will only be covered by us if the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or confirmed manufacturing defect).
